Despite, Kanye publically begging for his ex-wife back repeatedly, Kim K just wants to be single already.  The reality star has reportedly asked the judge to declare her legally single.

 

People says in court, she asked to separate issues of child custody and property from her marital status. In addition, she also asked to have her maiden name restored.
